Store Policy – Perishable Goods
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of fresh/perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, fresh-prepared foods), returns or cancellations are not accepted for “change of mind” after shipping has started.
2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
1. Clear photos of the damaged product.
2. Clear photos of the packaging and delivery box.
Claims reported after 24 hours or without photos may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If a product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival, we will offer:
A replacement of the same item, OR
A full refund of the defective item’s value.
The choice of replacement or refund will be made at our discretion based on product availability.
4. Storage Responsibility
Once delivered, proper storage of perishable goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Damage caused by improper storage, delay in receipt, or failure to collect the package on time is not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters), but we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
6. False or Abusive Claims
We reserve the right to refuse service or future sales to customers who repeatedly make false or malicious claims.
